We stand by our products 100%. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy - which is why we will always do as much as we can to try and come to a mutual resolution.

At Tijani, each piece is individually made to order, crafted with care and intention once your order is placed. As such, we do not hold stock or produce in bulk.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items that are made to order or personalised are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This means we are not obligated to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind requests, even if the item has not been used or worn.

However, if you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched - that is perfectly fine.

Additionally, a portion of every sale is donated to charitable causes close to our mission. These donations are processed shortly after an order is placed, meaning part of your purchase directly supports communities and initiatives, and cannot be reversed once fulfilled.

Due to the bespoke nature of our work and the ethical structure of our business model, we are unable to offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Hygiene-Sensitive Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances, even if they are not made to order. These include, but are not limited to:

Any jewelry that come into direct contact with the skin
Any items worn close to the body for spiritual or personal use

These products are considered hygiene-sensitive, and once opened or handled, they cannot be resold or restocked due to potential contamination and respect for the personal and spiritual nature of these items.

This policy is in place to protect all our customers and uphold the high standards of care and intention that go into every Tijani piece. We kindly ask that you consider this before placing your order.
